A specialist fitout for iMed was undertaken for Level 1, 10 Martin Street. This medical imaging suite comprises specialised spaces for a CT scanner, X-ray machine and MRI. The development and construction works included coordination of the delivery and installation of all these machines (up to 7 tonnes for the MRI) and the radiation shielding works for each scanning room.
Provision for the future replacement of these machines once their shelf life is exhausted includes removable kitchen joinery and internal walls.
