Our Key People
CRC Group’s Managing Director, Claudio Romano, leads a highly motivated team of construction professionals. Claudio’s hands-on management style, motivation, support of project teams and long-term strategic perspective ensure the timely achievement of project objectives.
Claudio holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from La Trobe University, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne.
Claudio is a fellow of CPA and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Since 2001 under his leadership, the Group has grown from an annual turnover of $2M to over $50M.
Group Financial Controller
Nalini Fernando has been employed at CRC Group since 2001. Holding a Bachelor of Business Accounting (Monash University) and being a certified practising accountant. Nalini has overseen all aspects of property development transactions for 40 major projects from inception to completion.
Nalini is a member of the senior management group responsible for establishing the strategic direction of the Group. With strengths in financial forecasting, reporting and IT management, Nalini is a key contributor to the company's daily operations.
Kon Triskelidis has been with the CRC Group since 2008 and brings with him a further 8 years previous employment experience with Brookfield Multiplex. His focus is on project delivery that is achieved and underpinned by a collaborative approach with subcontractors and methodically sequential building techniques.
Tertiary qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering he has demonstrated proficiency in the roles of Construction Manager, Site Manager and National OH& S & QA Manager (NZ).
Kon has successfully delivered several CRC Group projects safely, on time and on budget. He has a solid background in commercial level apartments and medical projects ranging in value from $7M to $130M. Projects include Lucient Apartments, Alfred Medical Research and Education Centre, The Docks – Apartments (NZ), Tribeca – Apartments, Victoria Point, North Melbourne Business Centre, Kira Apartments, Martin Views, Serra Apartments, Edge Apartments, Martin Street Medical Suites and Longford Hill.
