The Nicholson was constructed with a design objective of achieving an acceptable acoustic outcome given its proximity to Bell Street, Coburg.
This objective was achieved utilising double glazed windows and the construction of a brick facade which featured in the Nubrick design magazine.
The five level project consists of 24 two bedroom apartments and basement carparking.
